Backpacking 2017

Ok, my pics got all out of order! But since there are a million of them from this trip, we are just going to roll with it.

This is our day hike, on the second day, hiking up from Aderoid Lake.

We found a little snow for snow cones....and snow water slides!

Donut Sunday

Summer adventure!

So we wanted to take the kids on some epic adventure to celebrate Joe's big promotion (we like to celebrate a lot!) So we booked a hotel, with a pool, and headed out of town.

Someone needed to rest up first. 

Started at Dicks, because that is the quintessential Spokane destination.

Joe and I had tried out these new power recliners at the theater in Spokane and thought the kids had to experience it!  We chose Dunkirk cause that is a big-screener, for sure!

Outback!

 Sara likes broccoli over fries.  I don't know where she gets that gene.

Ziplining!! We found a place in CDA that would let our little lightweights tag along. We were super-pumped!

Shuttle to the site, and then an ATV ride to the top of the hill.

We all got pretty brave by the end of it.

Full house

Sometimes we pack a whole lot of people into the back of our car so we can get to where we need to be.  This time, running to basketball :)

Outdoor Movie Night

This is just the best thing ever. A yard! Chairs! Movie screen! View! Friends!  Food!

Saying Farewell

 The Sawyers moved to Boise this summer! We got together for one last picnic in the park.
